The Hio.emoa will sail for Picton and Wellington this evening. ™3 e ' : Lyltelton is to arrive from ASieilneiin this evening. . The Kennedy sails for West Coast ports -via .Motueka on Saturday morning at 9 o clock. The Murray from Westporfc is signalled, and wi ill arrive this afternoon. She proceeds to Wellington on Saturday evening. The Dauntless arrived from Collingwood this morning «itb a cargo of coal" from the Jrara Para mine. The Charles Edward and Maori arrived at Greymouth this morning from Hokitika, and will leave to-morrow for Westport and Nelson. The Alhambra will arrive here from Wellington to-morrow morniug, and sail for Melbourne via Wellington aud South by the same tide at 10 a.m. The Taranaki leaves Wellington to-morrow morning, will arrive here on Saturday morning, and sail for Taranaki and Manukau by the same tide at 11.30 a.m. The Wellington left Picton at 7.15 a.m. to-day. She will arrive here this evening, and sail for Picton and Wellington at 9.30 a.m. on Saturday. Tho Lady Harkly will make |an excursion trip to Motueka and back to morrow, leaving here at 8 30 a.m., and Motueka on the return trip at 8 p.m. The Maori leaves Westport to-morrow, ■will arrive here on Saturday morning, and sail for Lyttelton and Dunedin by the same tide. The Celestial Queen has been offered half a cargo at Xapier, for London, and if the other half is forthcoming at any other New Zealand port she will accept it.* The Arawata made a good run from the Blufic to Melbourne with the outward Suez mail, having arrived thereon Saturday evening. The Taiaroa was unable to cross the Manukau bar on account of the heavy sea caused by a strong S.W. wind until eight o'clock this morning. She will probably reach here to-morrow evening, and sail for Wellington and LytteJton shortly after arrival. The steam launch Tainui will make her trial trip to-morrow morning, weather permitting, when she will "do " the measured mile. It is confidently expected that she will come up to the anticipations formed of her. The Taioui will probably proceed across to Motueka or Eiwaka after the trial trip takes place.
