The Kennedy will arrive at Greymouth to-day from Hokitika. The Lyttelton sailed for Blenheim at three o'clock this afternoon. _ The Charles Edward will leave for Wellington direct at 8 o'clock this evening. The Lady Barkly sailed for Golden Bay last evening, ,The Taiaroa leaves Port Chalmers for Northern ports to-day. She will arrive here on Saturday morning. A number of the "small fry" availed themselves of the fine sou-easter last evening to take their departure. The Murray leaves Y/ellington this evening, will arrive to-morrow morning, and leave for the West Coast on the arrival of the San Francisco mail. The Taranaki, with the San Francisco aoiail, left the Manukau this morning. She^ ■should arrive here to-morrow afternoon, and if possible she will sail for Wellington and South by the same tide at 2 p.m. The Wellington reached Wellington this morning. She leaves on the return trip at 12 o'clock to-night, will arrive here to-mor-row afternoon, and sail for Picton and Wellington on an excursion trip at 3 p.m. on Friday. The schooner Richard and Mary came along the Boulder Bank this afternoon with a light sea breeze, but being too late for the tide came to an anchor. She has made a good passage from Camaru, having left there on Monday last. She brings a cargo of oreadstuffs. The barque Chaudiere. now 101 days out from London ought to show up. shortly. Two or three vessels which left some days after her are telegraphed as having arrived in New Zealand. Now that the sou-easter which has prevailed for the last two days has blown itself out the Chaudiere will have au opportunity of making her way up the bay, which otherwise she could not have done against the late prevailing winds. '
