[Reoter's Telegrams per Press Agenct.] St. Petersburg, March 25. Tho Emperor has concluded to reduce the terms ou which lie would he disposed to accept peace provided Turkey .accepts llussia's proposal to enter into an offensive and defensive alliance with her. It is seini-officially stated here that the conduct of England in insisting on the submission by llussia as to the terms of peace is an act of chicanery done with a view to concealing offensive intentions. Coxstant-NOI-C-e, March 26. The Russian troops are embarking for home. London, Marcii 25. The ship Eurydice collided in the Channel, and 404- lives were lost.
