PUKE VOLATILE EXTEACT OF TOB EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS. THE Fxtract of the Eucalyptus Globu'us, manufactured solely hy Messrs. Sander and Pons, Sandhurst, recommends itself by the following declaration and testimonials:— Epitome of declaration made beforo Moritz Cohn, J P., on the 17th October, 1877, at Sandhurst : — Time melical gentlemen had attended the son of Mr Raabe, of ]>onbark, for nine weeks, and declared that amputation of the leg injured by an axe waa absolutely necpssary. At this juncture Mr Ranbe called on Messrs Sander and Sons, procuring some of their Extract of the Eucalyptus Globu'us, and by the application of the Bnme ho ha<i ths satisfaction of peeing his son within a fortnight out of all danger, and he has now quite recovered. Sandhurst, 2nd October, 1877. I certify that I have used Mr Sattder'n Extract of the Eucalyptus Globulus in all affections of the throat, inflammation, hroncbitis, rheumatic swellings, inflammation of the breasts after confinement, toothache, and diarrhoea, and can stroncly recommend it iv all cases as stated above. Mr Gieschin, residing near Sydenham Gardens, had a vety severe cold in November, could scarcely breathe, aud could get no relief. Cured after three applications of Estract. The same gentleman suffered eight year 3 from rupture, and all medical skill proved ineffectual in giving relief. Cured after taking Extract internally for six months. Mr D. Obermann, residing near the Sandhurst Gasworks, suffering from wounds for six months was cured by the me of the Extract within four weeks. A man having his arm bruised severely at a crushing machine, in Long Gully, applied the Fxtract, and the accident did not even necessitate as muoh as an interruption iv his attendance at work. Mrs Weppner, in Colbinabbii (Runnymede), informed the Manufacturers that the Extract applied twice restored health to her daughter, eleven years of nge, who had heeu rushed and trampled upon by a cow. In November Mr Reeves, from the Rifleman's Arms, Back Crees brought information of a cure ol deiirium caused by a sunstroke, which took placa in the family of Mr Ryan, butcher, of Hack Creek. The wife of Mr Eickel suffered in t'te bend of the knee from a swelling whith bad formed a lump of considerable size, disabling her from attending to any work. She removed the swelling completely by a continued application of the Extract. The Donald Times oi Ist December, 1877, states: — Last «et;k tha eldest boy of Mr Morgan awoke in the night crying with earache, flic Fxtract was appiie), and the little fellow was cured and asleep in ten minutes. Mr French, of Corack Station, suffered from bail earache and painß in the head. Two drops cf the K^tract were put in the ear, aud some rubbed round the tar, aud the paiu instantly disappeared. Mr Croker, of Mount Jtffbott. was laid, up for nearly a fortnight with inflammation of the eyes, and was in gteat Bgony. Tho Extract waß used, and in a few days the inflammation disappeared. The Evening Times has reported cures of neuralgia, by the use of the Extract, at Geelong. The Extract, which is of a brilliant yellow gold-color, and need not be conLunied with the turpentine-like preparation of the gum that is to be found in the tr arte, has been applied, with nwke 1 beneficial effect to seyere bruises, sprains, all sorts of wo.mda, cuts, scolding;-, and its chief property — namely to check all inflammation — accounts for the cures referred to.
