AUCTION On THURSDAY, MAY 9, 1878, At 12 o'clock, On the Company's Property, Collingwood, THE WHOLE OF THE PROPERTY AND PLANT viz: Lot 1. Lease from the Crown of all the Coal in 920 Acres of Laid, for Twenty-one jears from Ist day of January 1870, at a royalty of two per cent., which Bhall not be less tban £16 a yrar. This is tbe Company's Coal Mine, and the seams have been driven into in several placts. There are over 800 feet of iron tramway in tbe drives, and from thence there is an iron tramway about two miles long to the wharf. Part of the land over which this goes is the Comisany'i freehold, the rest hag been held under «, lease at a peppercorn rent. Also, 2£ Acres and 13 Sectisnsof the Township of Ferntown, ail freehold, on which are Sis Cottages, Manager's House, Stables, Storehouses, a Pooley'a Five-Ton Weighbridge with House, and tbe Wharf, with coal bunkers This lot •will Include all the Plant on the above described sections, which is every thing necessary for working the Coal Mine.
