The Lyttelton arrived at Blenheim from Nelson at 1 p.m. to-day. The Kennedy left Westport at midnight. She will return to the Coast on Monday. The Murray arrived at Greymouth from Hokitika to-day, and leaves to-morrow for "Westport and Nelson. The schooner Awaroa may be expected from Wanganui to-morrow, us she was to leave that port last evening. She is advertised to return to Wanganui on Saturday. The schooner Nelson finished discharging cargo to-day, and will probably sail for Waitapu to-morrow. She loads there with timber for Wellington. The Graf ton had not arrived at Wellington up to the time of the Wellington leaving yesterday afternoon. She leaves Wellington for Nelson to-morrow at noon. The Taiaroa left New Plymouth at 9.30 this morning. She will arrive here to-night, and sail for Wellington jiud South by the same tide. The Arawata, with the Suez mail, will arrive here to-morrow morning, and sail for Wellington, South, and Melbourne, conveying the outward Suez mail, by the same tide at noon. The Italian ironclad Cristofero Colombo, H.M.S. Nymphe, and H.M. schooner Conflict, arrived at Auckland on Monday last, the former from Australia and the remainder from Wellington. The Arthur Wake field was placed on the gridiron yesterday for the purpose of executing some slight repairs. She hauled off last night, and will sail for Waitapu by the first opportunity. She loads there with timber for some Southern port —probably liyttelton. The Anchor Liner Wallace, Captain Dillon, returned to port this morning at six o'clock, She left Nelson at 5 p.m. on Monday, experienced a strong S.E. wind with heavy beam sea across the Straits, arriving alongside the Wanganui wharf at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday; left yesterday at noon, towing two vessels across the bar, experienced moderate weather, arriving here as above. The Wallace sails for Wellington at 5 p.m. The Anchor Liner Charles Edward, Captain Whitwill, arrived in harbor to-day at 1 p.m. She left Nelson at 5 p.m. on Monday, and when off The Brothers experienced a heavy S.E. gale which compelled her to put back to Queen Charlotte's Sound for shelter, where she remained until Tuesday night, when she made another start, arriving at Wellington at 5.30 a.m. yesterday; sailed at midnight, and arrived here as above. The Charles Edward sails for Motueka and West Coast ports at 9 a.m. to-morrow. The Union Company's s.s. Wellington, Captain M'Gee, arrived in harbor this morniug at 8.40. She left-Wellington at 2.40 p.m. yesterday, experienced strong N.W. winds in the Straits, arriving at Picton at 7.30 p.m.; sailed at 11.30 p.m., and arrived here as above. Had hazy weather with drizzling rain and wind from S.W. from Picton. Passed the Luna off Sinclair Head bound for Wellington. The Wellington will remain here until Saturday, when she will sail for Picton and Wellington at 11 a.m., returning on Monday.
