THE BRITISH FLEET AT GALLIPOLI. CRITICAL RELATIONS BETWEEN AUSTRIA AND RUSSIA. [Special to the Melbourne Argus. J London, February 14. The destination of the British fleet in the Dardanelles is Prince's Island. One portion of the English fleet is at Gallipoli. Five Austrian war ships have arrived in the Levant. Mr Lowther has been appointed secretary for Ireland. The Prince of Wales has started for Berlin to attend the royal marriage. The Turkish Parliament has been dissolved.
