Jbans & Co.'s Impeoved Patbktt Reflector GAS COOKING STOVES. ! These Stoves will Rosat, Bake, Boil, Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the open fire, or kitchen range, and arc most convenient and economical, both in first cost and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, < meet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible teat, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that every particle ol heac is used. ■The oven is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from the flame over the roaster passes round the oven with a regul.tr diffused heac, and the waste heat, after passing round the oven is brought in contact with the top hot plate, or under the saucepans on top so that all the heat from the gas is used. The ridges on the hot plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burners are so constructed that no lat or water can drop into them— so objectionable in most gas stoves. All burners in this Stove are atmospheric. B. Franzbn, THE PORT, NELSON. l|
