To the Editor ov the 'Evening Mail.' Sir,— Could you satisfy a number of subscribers, as to the reason why the renowned time-gun does not give its usual calling on Saturdays. Are the Government trying to be economical ? or is it because Wellington entering upon tbat " little luxury," Nelson deems it beneath her notice to keep time also. I am, &c., Particular.
