E. Ssxsa & Co.'s Improved Patent Reflector GAS COOKING STOVES. These Stoves will Roast, Bake, Boil, Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the open fire, or kitchen range, and are most convenient aud economieal, both in flr9t cost and use, and, having no gas inside the <wen, meet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible test, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that every particle ol heat is used. The oven is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from the flame over the roaster passes round tiie oven with a regular diffused heat, and the waste heat, after passing round the oven is brought in contact with the top hot plate, or under the saucepans on top so that all the heat from the gas is ueed. The ridges on the hot plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the flame to spread over the whole of the bottom b of saucepans or kettles, and the burners are so constructed that no fat or water can drop into them— so objectionable in moet gas stoves. AH burners in this Stove are atmospheric. B. Franzen, THE PORT, NBLSON. il
