On Sale by the undersigned — S. E. Jeans & Co.'s Improved Patent Rbplectoe GAS COOKING STOVES. These Stoves will Roaet, Bake, Boil, Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the open fire, or kitchen range, and are most convenient and econonrieal, both in first cost and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, meet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible test, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manuer that every particle o( heat is used. The oven is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from the flame over the roaster passes round the oven with a regular diffused heac, and the waste heat, after passing round the oven is brought iu contact with the top ■ hot plate, or under the saucepans on top so that all the heat from the gas is uaed. The ridges on the hot plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the Sumo to spreiid over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burners are eo construe e;i th.it no fat or wuter can drop into them— so objectionable in moet pas stoves. All burners in this Stove are atmospheric. B, Franzen, THE PORT, NELSON. i T
