These Stoves have bsen put to every possible teat, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that every particle ot heat is used. The oven Is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from the flame over the roaster passes round the oven with a regular diffused heat, and the waste heat, after passing round the ovon is brought in contact with the top hot piste, or under the saucepans on top so that all the heat from the gas is used. The ridges on the hot plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burners are so constructed that no fat or water cau drop into them— o objectionable in most gas stoves.
