London, January 21. The Russians occupied Adrianople on Saturday. The Turks after destroying their munitions of war and blocking up the Seraglios are retreating in the direction of Stamboul. Nothing definite has transpired with regard to the armistice. Cleopatra's Needle has arrived at the Thareies. A Moscow telegram states that the Russians intend trying Osman Pasha and other officers by court martial for the murder of Russian prisoners at Plevna. A treaty of commerce and friendship has been concluded between Italy and America. Steinberger demands 400,000 dollars from the British for his arrest at Samoa.
