Adelaide, Friday. Flour, £14 10s; wheat, 5s 9d to os lOd. Melbourne, Friday. Mr McMahon has resigned his seat for West Melbourne in favor of Mr Francis, whose election is certain.
The Governor has been presented with an address by the residents of Hamilton, expressing indignation at the illegal acts of the Ministry. The Governor defended his assent to the dismissals, saying that he was bound to follow the advice of Ministers in local matters outside the prerogative of the Crown. The Government intend to carry out the county courts by officials without salaries.
