The Kennedy is barbound at Hokitika. The Charles Edward sailed for West Coast ports this morning. Tae Lady Barkly leara on her usual trip to Golden Bay this afternoon, at 4 o'clock. The Rotorua leaves Auckland- for Sydney to-day. The Lyttelton left Blenheim for Wellington to-day at 3 o'clock. The Awaroa is rapidly loading with cargo for Wanganui. The City of Sydney will be due at Auckland to-morrow, and will sail for Honolulu with the S.iu Francisco mail the same day. The Wallace arrived at Wellington this morning, and will leave to-morrow for Nelson: She will return to Wellington on Friday. The Taranaki leaves Onehunga to-day, will arrive here on Thursday morning, and sail at six o'clock the same evening for Picton, Wellington, and South. Captain Malcolm is to take charge of the Hawea on her excursion trip to the West Coast Soands, ftud his knowledge of those places well qualifies him for the task. The Wellington people appear to be bent upon pleasure during the Christmas holidays, judging by the number of excursions that are on the tapis. The Wallace has been chartered for an excursion trip to the Pelorus Sound and Kapiti, and will leave Wellington on Saturday evening next, returning on Wednesday evening. The Napier leaves the Empire City on an excursion trip to Blenheim on Saturday at midnight, for which the me lest fare of £1 is to be charged. She will leave Blenheim on the return trip early on Thursday morning. In addition to these there will be two or three other excursion trips, so that there will be no lack of enjoyment for the good folks of Wellington during the Christmas season.
