PLEVNA STILL HOLDS OUT.
An Argus special dated London Nov. 30th says:-Sulieman Pasha states the Russian loss at Kadokoi to be 2000, and the Turkish 9000.
A Ttmes telegram from Vienna states that the Russians have come to the conclusion that Plevna will hold out for some time. The British fleet has been ordered to enter Besik Bay.
Corporal punishment has been abolished. Stanley has arrived at home and been banqueted.
Macoiahon assured Grevy in an interview that there was no dauger of a coup d'etat. He refuses to listen to such a solution as a petition being signed throughout France tor the Congress. Both Chambers consider a crisis imminent.
