These Stoves will Roast, Bake, Boil, Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the open flra, or kitchen range, and are most convenient and economical, both in first cost, and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, meet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible test, and have given tho greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that erery particle o( heat is used. TtiG oven is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from the flame over the roaster passes round the oven wish & regular diffused heat, and the waste heat, after passing round the oven is brought iu contact with the top hot plate, or under the saucepans on top so that «U the heat from the gas is used. The ridges on the hot piate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burners are so constructed that no fat or water can drop into them— so objectionable in most gas stoves.
