These Stoves will Soa?t, Bake, Boil, Toast, and Broil, us shown, equal to the open fice, or kitchen range, and are moat convenient and economieal, both in first cost and use, aad, having no gas inside the oven, meet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible teat, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that every particle of heat is used. The oven is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from the flame over the roaster passes round the oven with a regular diffused heac, and the waste heat, after passing round the oven is brought i« contact with the top hot plafie, or under the saucepans on top so that ail the heat from the gas ia used. The ridges oa the hot plate are radiating from each burner on the cop, which causes the flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burners ate so constructed that no fat or water can drop into them— so objectionable in most gas stoves.
