Their Worships in giving judgment this morning said : —

We have very carefully considered this case. The points urged by the defendant, viz., breach of contract, and uuskilf ulness on the part of the plaintiff i a the practice of his profession as a dentist, we do not consider to have been proved by the evidence Ihe judgment is for the plaintiff, to carry Court aud professional costs, each party to pay his own witnesses.

[Before L. Beoad, Esq., R.M.] Dbncker v. J. A. Harley., Judgment was given this morning for the plaintiff for £4 5s over and above the amouut paid into Court aud solicitors' and Court costs; each side to pay its own witnesses.

Hyland v. William Adams

Action to recover £25 for five years rent of part of section 342 in the town of Nelson at £0 per annum. Mr Acton Adams appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr Acton Adams for the defendant. The hearing of tbis case did not commence until nearly three o'clock this afternoon, and, consequently, we are unable to give any particulars to-day.
