Markets. — Brandy unchanged ; kerosene, 2s Id to 2s 2d; rice £23; Adelaide flour, £13 10s to £13 15s, with falling market ; Adelaide wheat, 6s 6d ; New Zealand wheat, 5s 3s ; ditto oat, 4s 3d ; Barrett's twist, Is 5Jd; to Is 6d, price rising ; sugar unchanged; Belmont sperms, 9£d, with falling market. Melbourne, Friday. The amount for the payment of members is included in the additional estimates. Parliament is expected to prorogue on the 30th instant. The Presbyterian Assembly has resolved to petition the Queen for the annexation of Nsw Guinea. Saturday. The action of the Ministry in placing the amount for the payment of members upon the Estimates has caused a sensation in the political world. The Council's rejection of the Appropriation Bill is looked upon as an accomplished fact.
