CITY OF NELSON.
ELECTION OF MAYOR.
IN pursuance of the" provisions of "The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," I hereby pive notice that an Election to fill the office of Miyor of the City of Nelson will be held on WEDNB -VAX, the asth day of November, 1877. And I hereby appoint the Tows Clbbk's Office, Nelson, as the place, and 'WEDNESDAY, the 21st diy of November inst. as the time for the Nomination of Candidates. Candidates must be nominated in the following manner :— A Nomination Paper in the prescribed form, signed by two persona entitled to vote at such Election, and also by the Candidate, must b8 addressed to the Hamming Officer, before Noon of the said 2 1st day of November.
