IN pursuance of the provisions of " The Regulation of Local Elections Act, 1876," and "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," I hereby give notice that a POLL will be taken for the Els ction of a Councillor for the City of Neis-ir, on FRIDAY, the 3oth day of November ipstant, at the City Council Chamber Nelson, commencing at Nine o'clock in the Morning, aad closing at Six O'clock in the After nc 00.
