The Murray will arrive from West Coast ports to-night and be laid up for repairs. The Falcon arrived from Blenheim this morning. The Wanaka arrived from Picton and South this morning, and was placed on the hard for the purpose of receiving a new propeller. She sails for the North at ten p.m. The Lady Barkly arrived from her usual trip to Golden Bay last evening. The Maid of Italy arrived from Riwaka this morning with five passengers and a cargo of produce. The schooner May and ketch Prospect sailed for Moutere last evening for ballast for the Lochnagar. A telegram from Commodore Hoskins at Sydney was received last night by Captain Digby, of H.MS. Sappho, instructing him to hold himself in readiness to start for Samoa with three months stores immediately ou the arrival of the next mail from Australia, by which he will receive full instructions. The Sappho will leave for Wellington on Monday.
