Passengers: Mesdames Lloyd, Fowler and child, Maunsell, Misses Maunsell and Fosberry, Messrs Duff, Duncroft, Piatt, Webb, Stanger, Johns, Heath, StoveH. ' EXPORTS. Albion, for South and Melbourne— 3 pkgs, Burrell; 1 case, Arthur & Co; 7 bales wool, Hading; 12 boses 21 half boxes soap, 4 sacks peas, 4 sacks rhubarb, 1 case eggs, I" coop poultry, 1 case strawberries, W. Phillips; 1 case cigars, Davis & Co; I pel, Union Bank; 4 bales hops, Saxton; 1 trunk, Cawthron; 1 case, W. Cooksey. H.M.S. Sappho will not sail for Wellington until Monday. The Arawata was to leave Melbourne with the Suez mail yesterday. The Wallace arrived at Greymouth via Westport to-day. The Charles Edward arrived at Hokitika this morning, and sails for Nelson via intermediate ports to-morrow. The Kennedy and Murray left Greymouth to-day, the former for Nelson direct, and the latter for Westport and Nelson. The Wanaka left Wellington this afternoon. She will arrive here to-morrow morning, and sail for Northern Ports at 7 p.m. The Taranaki is expected to-morrow evening, and will sail for Southern Ports at 10 a.na. on Saturday. The Maid of Italy sailed for Riwaka last evening with a general cargo. She will probably return here to-morrow morning. The steamer Wallabi came down the bank rather unexpectedly this afternoon. She is from Wanganui and brings a cargo of live stock. The schooner May and ketch Prospect arrived from Moutere yesterday afternoon and this morning respectively with loads of ballast for the Lochuagar. The San Francisco mail reached Port Chalmers by the Taupo yesterday morning, the time from the Manukau being four days three hours. Ou an examination being made of the cutter Midge at low water yesterday, it was found that the keel was broken in two, and one or two of the bottom planks iujured. She was hauled up on the beach in front of Mr Freeman's workshop this morning, and will undergo repairs at his hands. The Albion finished discharging tbe Nelson and West Coast portion of her cargo in good time, and shortly after nine o'clock this morning sailed for South and Melbourne. Captain Tozer took advantage of the five S.W. wind blowing, and had the foresail and topsail set, and aided by these and a little motive power the Albion made good progress along the Bank. She ought to be heard of at Wellington by seven o'clock to-night.
