Five Shillings (5/-) to be paid on application, 5/- on allotment, 5/- on the 30th June, 1878, and 5/- on the 31st December, 1878. The Deposit Money of 5/- per Share, payable on application, will be considered as a " Premium,'' aud will be ca-ried to credit of Reserve if u_<l, the remaining 15/- per i. hare will be carried to Capital Account. Existing Shareholders will have the privilege of taking up One new Share for every two .-hares presently held by them, and the remaining 25,000 will be offered to the public. Applications for Shares will be considered in the order in which they are received; but the Directors will not be bound to allot shares to applicants whom they may consider ineligible as Shareholders. • % Any Shareholder may prepay any or all of his instalments, and all sums received on account of « Capital," will carry Ml dividend rate on the amount paid from date of payment. Tho Directors have power to Forfeit Shares upon which default in payment hasbeen made, and may sell, or otherwise dispose of such Shares aa they may think Qt. Scrip for new Shares will issue when the full amouat of 20/- per Share has been paid. Applicttious for Shares, accompanied by a Depo.it of 5/- per Share, ma*/ ba lodged with any of the Company's Agent**, or with the Colonial Bank of New Zaalaud, on or before the 1 2th of November, 1877.
