THE STANDARD FIRE AND MARINE INSURANCE COMPANY OF NEW ZS ALAND. The Second Issue of 50,000 Shares in the above Company will bs offered at 20/- per Share. Five Shillings (5/-) to be paid on application, 5/- on allotment, 5/- on the 30th June, 1878, and 5/- on the 31st December, 1878. The Deposit Money of 5/- per Share, payable on application, will be considered as a " Premium,'' aud will be ca-ried to credit of Reserve if u_<l, the remaining 15/- per i. hare will be carried to Capital Account. Existing Shareholders will have the privilege of taking up One new Share for every two .-hares presently held by them, and the remaining 25,000 will be offered to the public.
