Five Shillings (5/-) to ba paid on application, 5/- on allotment, 5/- on the 30th June, 1878, and 5/- on the 31st December, 1878. The Deposit Money of 5/- per Share, payable on application, will be considered as a " Premium,'' aad will be carried to credit of Reserve Fua<l, the remaining IS/- per bhare will be carried to Capital Account. Existing Shareholders will have the privilege of taking np One new Share for every two shares presently held by them, and the remaining 25,000 will ba offered to tbe public. Applications for Shares will be considered ia the order hi which they are received; bat the Directors will not be boand to allot shares to applicants whom they may consider inelligible as Shareholders. Any Shareholder may prepay any or all of his instalments, and all sums received on account of " Capital," will carry fall dividend rate on the amount paid from date of payment. The Directors have power to Forfeit Sharea upon which default in payment has been made, and may sell, or otherwise dispose of such Shares as they may think fit. Scrip for new Shares will issue when the full aaiouat of 20/- per Share has been paid. Applications for Sharea, accompanied by a Deposit of 5/- per Share, may be lodged with any of the Company's Agents, or with ihe Colonial Bank of New Zealand, on or before the 12th of November, 1877.
