Bomb at, Oct. 31. The French Ministry have resigned, to leave Macmahon free. The Russians have captured Telchie, onthe road to Orchanie. Seven companies, a Pasha, several officers, and three guns were taken. Mukhtar Pasha telegraphs that the Russians are encamped at Azas, three hours' distance. Alice Rhodes has been granted a free pardon for the Penge murder. Stauutons' sentence has been commuted to penal servitude for life.
