Blbs. over weight., As a four-year-old he won the Patea Cup} At RangitiKei he won the Ladies' Purse of 2 miles, carrying list. 2lbs.; he also won the Goodwood Stakes, starting half-an-hour after winning the L idies' Purse. He ran third for tha Wellington Cup, beating the celebrate! horse Templeton and a host of others, nt the time suffering seveiely fiom fever in the feat.
