She will reach here early on Saturday morning, and is advertised to sail again for South and Melbourne at 7.30 a.m. The Nelson has not yet put in an appear- j ance. Notwithstanding the bad state of the weather yesterday afternoon, the Taranaki sailed for Northern ports. As there was a strong N-W. wind blowing it necessarily brought a good swell along with it, which was felt by the Taranaki, for when last seen she was diving into it at a great rate. Being a fine steamer with plenty of power she made good headway, and was soon out of sight.
