The Charles Edward will sail for West Coast ports on Tuesday next. The Kennedy sails for West Coast ports to-morrow at 4 p_m. The Wallace left Wanganui for Nelson to-day with a cargo of sheep for Mr Mabin. The Lady Barkly returned from Golden Bay at a late hoiir last evening. The cutter Goldseeker arrived from Havelock last evening with a general cargo. The Lyttelton left Blenheim for Nelson this morning with a cargo of sheen for Mr Bird. The Murray leaves Westport to-night, will arrive to-morrow, and sail for Picton and Wellington on Monday evening at 8 o'clock. The Sea Spray commenced discharging cargo into the hulk Hera yesterday afternoon. t The next of the Union Company's steamers from the South will be the Taranaki, which leaves Wellington on Monday at 1 p.m. The schooner Australian Maid arrived • from Awaroa last evening. She brings the keel and crooks for a vessel about to be constructed here by Mr Gilbertson. The schooner Zior has cleared out at the Customs, and will probably sail for Hokitika on Monday. The schooner Awaroa. arrived in harbor this afternoon from Wanganui, which port she left on Thursday afternoon. Light . battling winds were exDerienced until mak- . iog Stephen's Island, when the wind hauled round to the eastward, which lasted until picking up the Seabreeze this morning. The Awaroa brings a cargo of live stock. The topsail schooner Tauranga, Captain Comor, came into harbor this afternoon, and was berthed alongside the Albion Wharf. She is from Dunedin, which port she left on Monday afternoon with a strong S.W. wind. This Carried the vessel as far as the Kaikoras, when light baffling winds were fell in with, which lasted until this morning, when the sea breeze brought the vessel into harbor. The Tauranga brings a cargo of furniture and flour, the former being consigned to Mr Tschemaker, and the latter to Mr Levien. She also has on board about six tons of iron for Picton, which will be lauded here.
