Mr John Tt. Mabin reports the sale by auction on Tuesday, of more, goods saved from the Queen Bee. The attendance was good, and bidding spirited. The following is a list of prices of the principal items, dutypaid.—Boat with oars, ,£lO 10s, • boiler plates, £14 per ton; white lead, 32s per cwt; solid black fencing wire, No. 8, £13 per ton, No. 5, £11 10s, No. 6, £10 10s; galvanised stranded wire, £20 per ton; shot, 42s per cwt; hoop irou, £8 to £8 10s per ton; vinegar, 2s 3d; double width calico, B>d per yd; sash weights, £17 per ton; cases ironmongery, £10 10s, £17 10s, £19 each; porter, pints, "s 9d per dozen; cases ghvg 19s to 47s 6d each; galvanised water piping, from '-inch to I inch, 4£d; iron piping, from 1 inch to 3 inches, 6-Jd; lot piping, £16 10s; lot bedsteads, £13 ss; patent axles, 265; casks pitch, 30s; sails, £58 16s; the lot commercial signal code, £6 15s; anchors, £,'3 3s to £6 15s. The wives in bond realised from 5s 3d to 12s.
