E. JiiANS & Co.'s Improved Patent ) Refleoioe GAS COOKING STOVES. jThesa Staves will Roast, Bake, Boil, Toast, and' Broil, aa shown, equal to the open fire, or kitchen range, and ara most cdnvenient and economieal, both in first cost and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, mjeet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put to every possible tßst, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven above the roaster ia constructed in such a .manner that every particle oi heat is used. T^ie oven is made with a case or jacket, ■ and the heat from the flame over the roaster pisses round the oven with a regular diffused h^atj, and the waste heat, after passing round the oven ia brought iu contact with the top :,h.9t plate, or under the saucepans on top so that all the heat from the gas is used. The ridges on the hot plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the flame to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the .burners are so constrnc:ei that no fat or Lwjater can drop into them— so objectionable ' iri moet t>&s stoves. All burners in this Stove are atmospheric. ! B. Franzen, I THE PORT, NELSON. H
