Mr Pitt, who appeared for the plaintiff, stated that £15 had been paid, and judgment was given for the balance with costs £3 10s. Lammas v. Carter.— Action to recover £o 8s for tools and iron work. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs £2 17s. Kerr v. Membray.— Action to recover £10 3s 4d for meat supplied. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs £2 7s.
