[Before L. Broad, Esq., X.M.] William Kearns was charged by Stephen Chapman with breaking one pane of glass on Sunday. Fined 5s and costs 6s 6d, and ordered to pay 6s cost of damage done. Harper v. Augarde.— Action to recover £36, £15 being value of goods sent for sale, and £21 amount paid to defendant as plaintiff's agent by R. Edmunds as deposit on purchase of land in Waimea South. Judgment for £27 19s 6d, and costs £3 9s. Mr Fell appeared for plaintiff. Augarde v. Harper.— Action to recover _E3ls 2s for commission on valuations and sales made by the plaintiff for defendant. A set off of £67 lOs was put in by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff for £6 6s and costs £2 19s 3d. Mr Fell appeared for plaintiff. Harper v. Augarde.— Action to recover £22 10s, being 1^ year's rent of part of town acre No. 220 at £15 per annum. Judgment' for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs £3 7s. Mr Fell appeared for the plaintiff.
