It is understood that the Order of the day for the second reading of the Native Land Court, Bill will be/iischarged this afternoon, and thu Government will ask leave to introduce a short Bill providing for all transactions in Native Lauds by private individuals tor twelve months. Leave will also be asked to withdraw the motion respecting the incidence of taxation on the understanding that the Government consider the question during the recess, aud bring forward tho necessary measures next session.
