The Albion arrived off Hokitika this morning, but , had not been tendered up to the time of ouj going to press. J The Charles Edward left for West . Coast porfca with the Sail Francisco mail this afternoon. The Tararua leaves "Wellington to-night, •will arrive to-morrow morning, and sail for Melbourne via West Coast by the same tide. The Wallace will leave for Wellington this evening, returning to .port on Thursday. The Murray reports from Greymouth this morniug:— " Bar atill rough; weather clearing; doubtful about channel; river shallow." The Wanaka will leave Wellington for Picton and Nelson to-morrow morning, arriving at night. The schooner Uno arrived from the Sandspit yesterday with a portion of the cargo ot the Queen Bee. The cutter Maid, of Italy arrived from Eiwaka this morning. The Lady Barkly will leave on her usual trip" to" Golden Bay this evening at half-past seven. - The cutter Midge, which arrived yesterday, bro^ht a few tons of the Queen Bee's cargo.' Tjhe Arawata leaves Melbourne for New 2saiand torpiorrqw. ' Ringijrobtna arrived at Melbourne ijroni'New Zealand yesterday. * The ketch Prospect arrived from the seene-of the wreck of the Queen Bee this morning-, with a moiety of the cargo of the ilWate'd vessel. 'In 'Friday's issue we inadvertently mentioned the "arrival of the Estelle from Dunedin to load here with the Albion's cargo for that port.' From late Wellington papers we learn that the barquentine Estelle was to leave; the Empire City for Nelson direct yesterday. -The Union Company's s.s. Hawea, Captaiu Kennedy, carrying the inward San Francisco mail, came into harbor shortly, after eleven o'clock: yesterday evening. She left Oneba'ngaat' 1030 a.m. on Sunday, and arrived off New Plymouth at 7 a.m. yesterday; landed passengers and .cargo, aud sailed for Nelson at 9 a.m., arriving here as above. Thick jlirty weather with light westerly winds and a nasty jobble of a sea was experienced-^ throughout. She sailed shortly after midnight, for Southern Ports, aud arrived at Picton at 10 25 this morning. schooner Awaroa, Captain Greagar, arrived' "in harbor this morning, after a fair passage from VVanganui. She left that port on "• Sunday morning at 10-30; experienced light airs and calms until four o'clock on Monday' morning, when a light wind sprang vp'ifronr tbe N.W., which carried the vessel to within seven miles, of Nelson, when it died a#ay ; and the Awaroa did not get into harbor until this morning. She picked up the medicine cfrest of the Queen Bee about 8 miles to the westward of StSphen's Island yesterday. The schooner brings 14 head of cattle, 60 sheep, 10 bdla sheepskins, and 45 hides.
