Dr. Pollen gave notice to move the following Bills :— To provide for the maintenance of an Armed Constabulary Force-; to consolidate and amend the Laws relating to Friendly aud other Societies. ; '-. In the House of Representatives the following new members were sworn in:—Messrs Foi, Gisborne, Sutton, Bee-ham, aiid Wallis, Mr {Pox introduced by the Pr-tnier and Mr Richardson. ■■ ■ . Mr Reid gavernotice to move fo'rJeave to introduce Bills to amend-the Goldfields legislation, the eradication of Scab iii Sheep, and to regulate the management of Public Pounds. Mr Bowen wUI introduce a Bill refating toEducation.
