The budget speech ,and the question of finance will not be dealt, with till the middle of the month. The Kailway Construction Bill will be introduced next week. There appears to be a disposition amongst the imembers to do some work, and they are well kept in hand by the Speaker, who will not bllow the time of the House to be wasted.'
