Stafford is to arrive here on Monday to take part in the Municipal festivities on the occasion of opening the new Town Hall, and is to address the electors on Wednesday evening. Firms and dealers in this district are reverting to drays, the railway tariff proving prohibitory. . Oahabu, Thursday. There is no change in the grain and breadstuffs market. Wheat maintains last quotations, viz., 7s for best milling; oats, 3s 5d to 3s 8d; barley, nothing doing. Prices of breadstuffs, f .0.b., flour, £19 to £20; oatmeal, £20; pearl barley, £22; bran, £9; potatoes, 45s to 50a. . ; DcTNEDra, Thursday. Mr Montagu Pym to-day sold by auction the Drill Shed Reserve leases for a rental of £585 per annum, the total ground being less than one sixth of an acre. Thisus said to be the highest price land ever fetched in the colony. '
