Augarde reports the sale of Mr Edmonds' property and stock, &c, at Spring Grove, as follows:— House and 3£ acres of land, £165; straw stack, £2; pigs, 1 7s to 325; fowls, Is 6d each; cow and calf, £8 15s; cows, dry, £6 per head; yearlings, 50s; pony, £7 10s; trap horse, aged, £8; , Merino ewes, full and broken mouth, 2s; cross breds, mixed lot, 4s 9d; flour, £18 10s per ton; meal, per bag, 15s. Farming implements, &c, realised good prices. Attendance large and bidding spirited.
