Turkey has called upon Roumania to act with, the Porte. . The question was referred by. Prince Charles to the Roumanian Chamber of Deputies, who repli.d that the Roumanian Government having unsuccessfully endeavored to induce the Porte and other Great Powers to recognise the neutrality of Rounrania, a convention had beeu entered into with Russia.
