Melbourne, Monday, The new Ministry are.-— Berry, Chief Secretary and Treasurer; French, AttorneyGeneral; Longmore, Lands; Lalor, Customs and Postmaster-General; W. C. Smith, Mines and Education; Woods, Railways; Patterson, Public Works; Grant, Justice. The brig Emily Smith, from King George's Sound to Adelaide, was wrecked on the South Australian coast, and 21 persons drowned.
