H. ,T. L. Augarde reports the sale of 82 acres of land, house, buildiugs, &c.,for £950. Bitehiess done this day. dl't John It. Mabin reports that the attendance at the clearing out sale at Mr Patterson's Richmond store, yesterday, was not so large as was expected, owing to the unfavorably weather, but a number of lots were disposed of. As there was it large stock to be sold,' the sale was not completed yesterday, but will be continued on Saturday next, as v/ill be seen by advertisement, lie also reports Che sale by auction to-day of rinni timber at 6s 6s to 6s 9d per 100 feet.^
