These Stoves will Roast, Bake, Boil, Toast, and Broil, as shown, equal to the open fire, or kitchen range, and are most convenient and economical, both in first cost and uee, and, having ho gas inside the oven, meet with general approbation. These Stoves have been put tu every possible teat, and have given the greatest satisfaction. The oven übove the roaster is constructed in 6uch a manner that every particle of heat is used. The oven is made with a case or jacket, and the heat from tho flame over the roaster passes round the oven with a regular diffused heat, aud the waste heat, after passing round the oven h brought in contact with the top hot plate, or umter the saucepans on top so that all the he.it from the gas is used. The ridgO3 on the hot plate are_ radiating from each burner on tlits top, which causes tho fliimo to spread over the whole of the bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the burnero are eo constructed that no fat or water can drop into them— so objectionable in meet gas stoves.
