( ) The Kennedy leaves Greymouth this afternoon for Westport and Nelson. - . The Lytteiton leaves Wellington" 'to-night for Nelson via Blenheim and mil arrive here on Sunday. *^ 'A'-) The Arawata arrived at Wellington at 9'30 last evening, and was to leave that u 'por_ this afternoon. „Y:"Y- C) The only arrivals to-day were'the Wallace from Wanganui and Uno from Adele Island. Not a single vessel took its departure. * Active preparations for liftiug the boiler and engines out of the Eesulthive been going on for the last day or two/ and a large pair of shear legs has been rigged up, which will be also used for puttiug the new boiler in its place. The steamer has been almost pulled to pieces, and now presents -knarost weird appearance. •-•—'• |_Y* The Margaret Galbraith commenc^ ■discharging cargo at Lytteiton on Monday last. This, it is expected, will occupy nearly a fortnight, after which she will sail fori'Nelso i. She may, therefore, be looked for here about the middle of the week after next. The * Margaret Galbraith is under the command of Captain Fergusson, late chief officer of the ship Wellington, and the present trip is his maiden one as master.
