The umropitious state of the weather today has had the effect of postponing the departure of several of the coasting fleet, which will sail at the first opportunity. For the same reasons the arrivals and departures have been almost nil, the Lady Barkly being the oily one that has sailed, while the Charles Edward comprises the arrivals. '
