London, April 4. It has been rumored that Bismarck has resigned the position of Chancellor of Germany from overwork. This is seiui-ofKcially denied. JBismarck tendered his resignation, which the Emperor refused to accept, but grants leave of absence. The Pqrte treats the protocol as assailing her dignity.
