The-Kennedy arrived. at_ Wellington this morning, will" leave" to-night, and arrive tomorrow, when she will be fitted up to take 90 adult immigrants ex Northampton to Hokitika direct, for which port she will sail on Thursday morning. The Lyttelton will sail for Blenheim at 2 p.m. to-morrow. - - The Taranaki left Onehunga with the San Francisco mail at 1045 this morning." She will arrive to-morrow about noon, and Qy to he despatched at once for Picton_.and South. The Wallace will leave for the West'Coa'st to-morrow immediately upon the arrival of the Taranaki with the mail. — The Murray leaves Greymouth for Nelson via Westport this afternoon, and will arrive on Thursday. The Charles Edward towed the barque W. C. Wentworth out of Westport yesterday, and then sailed for Hokitika, where she arrived to-day. She will sail for Nelson" 'via intermediate ports to-morrow. The Lady Barkly will sail for Golden Bay this evening. The schooner Waihopai arrived from "Lyttelton after an average passage. She brings 480 sacks of wheat for Mr Griffin. The Arthur Wakefield commenced-dis-charging cargo this morning at'Mr Levien's wharf. The schooner Amaranth will probably finish discharging this afternoon. *'•• \ The cutter Dido commenced to discharge . her cargo of grain this morning. i i The S«w Zealand Shipping Company's !" chip Northampton, 1156 tons, arrived at the outer anchorage at an early hoar this morn- " ing, after a passage of 107 days from London. She brings a number of immigrants, principally for the West Coast, Marlborough, ond Islington, . to which latter, port the whole of her cargo is consigned. Although' the pilot boat with the Immigration and Health Officers went out between nine and ten this morning, she had not returned .up to the thneof our- going to press, consequently we aire hot in receipt of any official information regarding the vessel. From another ' source, however, we learn that the voyage has been an uneventful one, its unusual length being due to.light and variable winds. Two infants have died, but there has been no, infectious disease of any kind on, board. The immigrants for West Coast and Marlborough will be landed as soon as possible, and the ship will then proceed to Wel-. lington. _
