Jeans & Co.'s Impbovbd Patent -, REPLEOTOtt • GAS COOKING STOVES. I These Stoves will Hoist, Bake, Boil, iToast; and Broil, as y shown,, equal ', to the 'open fire, or. kitchen range, and are most [convenient and economical,' both in first cost ]and use, and, having no gas inside the oven, ; meet with general approbation. These Stoves . have been put ta every possible test, and | have given the greatest; satisfaction. Ihe I oven above the roaster is constructed in such a manner that every particle of heat is used. .The q?en is made with a case or jacket, , and the heat from the flame over the master passes round the oven with a regular diffused heat, and the waste heat, after pas&ing ronnd the oven is brought in contact with the top' hot plate, or under the saucepans on top so that all the heat frora the gas is used. The ridges on the hot plate are radiating from each burner on the top, which causes the "flame to spread over the whole, of the ! bottoms of saucepans or kettles, and the ! burners are so constructed that.no fat cr 1 water can drop into them— so objectionable. ,in most gas stoves. All burners in tbis Stove j are atmospheric. B. FIiAxNZSN, : THE PORT, NELA). v 11
