The oven is mad, with V case or jacket, and the heat from ths flame over the roaster > passes round the oven with a' regular dijffiused he it, and the waste heat, after pasgia^ round . the oven is' brought io contact with the top hot plate, or under the saucepans on top so that all the heat from the gas is ueed.
